At Miami Engines, we strive for customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition—this means it must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way.
- Be returned in its original packaging and in a sellable "new condition."
- Be approved for return before shipping it back to us. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at rosa@miamiengines.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.
Restocking Fee & Return Deadlines
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the shipment date.
- All returned items must be received by Miami Engines within 30 days of the original invoice date to be eligible for a refund or credit.
Damages & Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- BMW F9X 1300+AWHP Custom Turbo Kit
Exchanges
To receive a different item, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the desired item.
