Refund policy

Return Window within 30  days of purchase.

Condition Requirements: To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Installed or damaged parts may not be returnable.

Restocking Fees – Miami Engines charges a restocking fee (20%) for returned parts, especially for special orders or electrical components.

Proof of Purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is usually required to process returns or refunds.

Electrical & Special Order Parts – We do not accept returns on electrical components or special-order parts unless they are defective.

Defective or Wrong Parts – If a part is defective, we offer free exchanges or refunds, require verification, and return shipping.

Core Charges – For parts with a core charge (e.g., alternators, batteries, engines), you may need to return the old part to get a refund on the core deposit.
